Gavin Williamson has asked for local businesses to participate in the Staffordshire Day event in the House of Commons.
In preparation for the seventh Staffordshire Day, that falls on the 1st of May, the House of Commons will host a Staffordshire Day event taking place on the 26th of April.
On this day, local products and businesses will have a chance to be featured on the grounds of the Houses of Parliament. This initiative seeks to ensure that businesses and local products across the country benefit from fair representation.
The MP for South Staffordshire has called on all local businesses in his constituency interested in gaining national exposure and having their products featured in the House of Commons event to email his office in order to be selected.
Gavin said: “Staffordshire has so much to celebrate. I could not be prouder of showcasing the very best that our county has to offer in the House of Commons. Any Staffordshire businesses that wish to take part in the House of Commons event, please get in contact.”
