Gavin Williamson MP for South Staffordshire, visited the Citizens Advice Bureau volunteers at the Codsall outreach centre at Codsall Village Hall last week.
The Citizens Advice Bureau provides impartial, confidential and non-judgemental advice to everyone on any topic, helping people resolve legal, money and other problems. Every Citizens Advice Bureau is a registered charity reliant on trained volunteers and funds to provide these vital services for local communities.
There are 21 Citizens Advice Bureau volunteers working across the six outreach centres in South Staffordshire located in Codsall, Wombourne, Kinver, Cheslyn Hay, Penkridge and Perton. During 2014-15, the Citizens Advice Bureau supported 7455 clients and manged 6494 advice issues.

“Having been a charitable trustee of Citizens Advice Bureau I know the enormous effort that goes into running this service. I would like to thank South Staffordshire Council for their continued support and the volunteers in the six outreach centres across the area for the incredibly valuable time and support they give to residents across South Staffordshire.”
