Gavin Williamson, MP for South Staffordshire, visited South Staffordshire Council to discuss ‘Driving Local Growth Together’.
Gavin met with a number of local business leaders to discuss how the local economy can be supported by bringing businesses together. They also discussed the impact that Brexit may have on local businesses. He gave a speech and held a Q&A session with local business owners to discuss some of the challenges they are facing.
Speaking about the event, Gavin said ‘’I was really pleased I was able to attend the Business Breakfast with South Staffordshire Council. It was fantastic to hear all the positive news about local businesses and the local economy and I always enjoy meeting people that work locally and hearing about how they contribute to the community. I want to thank those that organised the event for putting on a fantastic morning.’’
